What: This boutique gym offers small focused classes that push you to your limit. No two classes are ever the same and theres nowhere to hide! I guarantee you will leave Gymclass feeling like you’ve worked out hard. The classes are an explosive mix of resistance and HIIT [ High Intensity Interval Training]. Why:  HIIT is one of the best fat burners due to the production of excess post- oxygen consumption [EPOC] This essentially means that after an HIIT session, your resting metabolic rate is increased for the next day! So you’ll be burning fat whilst sitting at your desk. I find myself here once a week in the lead up to New Years as I not only get a great fat burn but Im also pushed to the limit by the highly qualified array of teachers at GymClass. The resistance training component is a key factor, its great to see so many women be exposed to weight and strength training.

I first met her when she was running a killer Barrys Bootcamp class and so when I heard she was opening her own concept near me in West London I followed.
